| Published by Mohave Daily News Online from Aug. 19 to Aug. 23, 2021 - Bullhead City, Arizona - Mona Jean Gonzalez, age 53, a resident of Mohave Valley, Arizona passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born on July 7, 1968 in Blythe, California to Geraldine Rose Evanston and Warren Drennan. Mona was a child care development teacher. She was preceded in death by her son, Leonard Gonzalez. Mona is survived by her husband, Charlie Gonzalez, Sr.; daughter, Julisa Gonzalez; two sons, Charlie Gonzalez, Jr. and Alfonso Gonzalez; and 13 grandchildren, Tiana, Chastiny, Tiffany, Cherity, Charlie, Taliyah, Leonard II, Warren, Aiyanna, Danielle, Alfonso Jr., Kye, and Selena Gonzalez. Funeral Services will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Desert Lawn Funeral Home, 9250 S. Ranchero Lane, Mohave Valley, AZ. Traditional Services will follow at Fort Mojave Preserve. Traditional Fort Mojave Cremation will commence at 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at the Fort Mojave Tribal Cemetery, 700 Harrison Street, Needles, California. Arrangements were handled by Desert Lawn Funeral Home, Mohave Valley, Arizona. |
