| Published by Mohave Daily News Online from Aug. 29 to 30, 2021 - Bullhead City, Arizona - Joseph Luis Hernandez, Jr., age 51, a 15-year resident of Mohave Valley, Ariz., passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021 in Needles, Calif. He was born July 1, 1970 in Phoenix, Ariz. Joseph worked as a groundskeeper. He enjoyed tattooing, bike riding, fishing, dancing, working on cars, doing electrical and plumbing work. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, late Mary Bricker; and grandfather, late Hilton Bricker. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Jenkins-Hernandez of Mohave Valley, Ariz.; daughters, Amirra Hernandez of Mohave Valley, Ariz., Tierra Rae Courtwright of Needles, Calif., Caitlyn Rose Courtwright of Needles, Calf. and Mariah Teeann Hernandez of Apple Valley, Calif.; sons, Joseph David Hernandez of Needles, Calif., Daric Courtwright of Needles, Calif. and Anthony Hernandez of Kingman, Ariz.; mother, Catherine Wade Hernandez of Needles, Calif.; sisters, Mary Hernandez and Tina Hernandez both of Needles, Calif.; brothers, Robert Hernandez and Michael Hernandez both of Needles, Calif. Funeral services will be held from 3 pm to 5 pm on Monday, August 30, 2021 at the Fort Mojave Tribal Gymnasium following to Mourning Hall. Traditional Fort Mojave Cremation will commence at 4 am on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at the Fort Mojave Mourning Hall. |
