GOEGLEIN, Melvin Valentine


Albuquerque Journal (Albuquerque, New Mexico) Sunday, March 29, 1992, p. F8 GOEGLEIN--Melvin Valentine Goeglein, 72, born in Globe Arizona, passed away Tuesday March 10, 1992. He was a well known business man in Albuquerque in the 1950's before moving to Los Angeles and then Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by three daughters; Carolee Ann Johnson and husband, Lynn of Albuquerque; their son Michael Lynn, and daughter Christina Diane, Martha Lee Rathman and husband, Phil, their two daughters Katherine Leigh, Yvonne Williamson, and her daughter, Megan, all of Westminister, Colorado; and a son, Jim Williamson and wife, Gabrial, Valerie Sue McArthur of Hillsborough, VA; daughter Kimberly Hines and husband Gerald, of Bullhead City, AZ. Also surviving is his life time companion Betty Jo Wolfe of Las Vegas, Nevada, and niece Joanne Rucker of San Raphael, CA. Mel was an extremely warm outgoing man, and a wonderful loving father. He was a person who never met a stranger, only a new friend. He leaves a deep void with his passing, by all who loved him.
