Tammie Michelle Petrushkin passed away suddenly at 58 yrs. on Tuesday, 
September 7. She is survived by her husband married in 1986, Mike 
Petrushkin. 

Tammie was born in WA, moved to CA before settling in Eugene, Oregon. 
She was instrumental in building a Commercial Construction company 
before starting her own Development Co. and managed the rentals for 
decades. She designed and general contracted the construction of their 
Oregon home before doing the same in Lake Havasu, AZ.

Tammie was always a light in the room and always put others before 
herself. Her favorite things to do were spending time outdoors and 
traveling. She was loved by many and will be missed dearly. A 
celebration of life will be announced in the near future.
