Arizona Republican (Phoenix, Arizona) Thursday, March 4, 1920, p. 6 Death of Joseph Beard Joseph Beard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus Beard of this city, died yesterday at his ranch home near the Country club. Besides his parents, he is survived by a widow and one child. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Arizona Republican (Phoenix, Arizona) Friday, March 5, 1920, p. 8 Joseph Beard, 27 years old, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus Beard, 1121 East Fillmore street, died Wednesday at the ranch home at Desert Bend. Besides the parents, he is survived by a brother, Clarence Beard, a sister, Mrs. F. K. Phillips of Phoenix, and another brother who lives in Kansas. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the chapel of Moore and McLellan. Interment will be at Greenwood cemetery.
