Ms. Patricia Artincie (Sierra) Guinn, 83, of Ekron, KY, passed away October 2, 2021, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY. She was born March 23, 1938, in Sterling, to Cruz T. Sierra and Marion (Weaver) Consuelos. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Ray; brother, Russell; sister Rosalie and husband William Guinn; and grandchildren, Ricky Martinez and Danielle Begay. Survivors include her sons, Bill (Linda) Guinn of Sterling, IL, Ricardo (Carla) Martinez of Nevada, IA, Russell (Pat) Martinez of Lake in the Hills, IL, Francisco (Kathy) Martinez of Rio, IL, Marian (Todd) Fowler of Yuma, AZ, Lori (Randy) Martinez of Black Canyon City, AZ, Gabriel (Carol) Martinez of Tucson, AZ, Irene Walton of Radcliffe, KY, Joseph (Larinda) Guinn of Winterhaven, CA, Heather (JC) Sullivan of Ekron, KY, and Nathanael Guinn of Louisville, KY. She had 26 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Services will be Saturday, Oct. 9 at Manakee Funeral Home, 2098 Leitchfield Road, Elizabethtown, KY 42701. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m., and a public service at 5 p.m. She was a CNA and worked at the Yuma, AZ hospital, and also at the Convalescent Center in Yuma, Arizona. She was also a volunteer at the Lufkin hospital and library. She was also a member of the Senior Center in Meade County and also treasurer of Meade Co. Salvation Army.
