Penney McMullen and his Grandparents, Wayne and Flora Penney. He is survived by his wife, Doris Hicks, his son and daughter-in-law David Jr. and Nancy Hicks, and daughter Dora Hicks. He lived most of his life here on the river and graduating from Parker High School in 1976. He worked on some of the farms in Parker Valley, Parker Tire and also did tile and flooring in the area. As he wished, there will be no services and he wished to be cremated.
