WANG, Berniece Irene

Published by Today's News Herald on Oct. 26, 2021 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - On May 15, 2021, Berniece Irene Wang passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was 95 years old. Berniece was well-loved by her family and friends. She always provided support and love for her family. She and her husband Wallace, worked tirelessly to provide opportunities for their three sons, Geoffrey, Jack, and Mike. After graduating from high school in Halstad, Minnesota, she attended Pasadena City College. She worked in the attendance office at South Torrance High school, before moving to Lake Havasu City. While in Lake Havasu City, she worked for the fire department and retired in 1988. Berniece had many interests and enjoyed traveling with her sisters and friends. Berniece was predeceased by her husband, Wallace Wang, and her brother Wally Olson. She is survived by her three sons, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and sisters Dorothy and Margie.
