Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Saturday, September 9, 1939, p. 12 Death Claims Prescott Visitor PRESCOTT, Sept. 8--Mrs. Annice Russell Vance, 67 years old, mother of Mrs. Marie Ryan of Groom Creek, died this morning in Mercy Hospital after a short illness. Mrs. Vance came here two months ago from Oklahoma City to visit her daughter and family and had planned to spend the winter with them. Mrs. Vance two months ago came here to live with a daughter, Mrs. Marie Ryan of Groom Creek.
