| Published by Mohave Daily News Online from Nov. 7 to Nov. 8, 2021 - Bullhead City, Arizona - Marlene J. Bastyr, age 87, of Fort Mohave, Arizona, formerly of Stillwater, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald J. Bastyr, Sr.; son, Ronald J. Bastyr, Jr.; parents, Carl and Dorothy Obbarius. She is survived by her sons, Randy (Debbie), Michael (Bonny), Mitchell, Richard (Wendy); daughter-in-law, Laurel Bastyr; 10 grandchildren; and 21 1/2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held in Stillwater, Minn., and interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in St. Paul, Minn. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at the Annual Bastyr BBQ.
