| Published by Today's News Herald from Nov. 13 to Nov. 14, 2021 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Roger L Lambert Sr. passed away on Thursday November 4th, 2021 in Surprise, Ariz. He was born in Lansing, Michigan on July 16th, 1935. After graduating from South High School he enlisted in and spent four years in the Army. After leaving the service he returned to Lansing where he married the love of his life Sharon (Shari) Louise Greeley on December 26th, 1959. In September 1966 our family arrived in Lake Havasu City. He was an active member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church and a frequent volunteer at St. Vincent De Paul society. He was very involved in many local organizations including Little League where he coached for many years. He worked for the Mohave County Road Department for over 20 years. After retiring he and Shari discovered a love for traveling. They were fortunate to be able to travel to many different countries including Ireland, Greece, Spain, France and Italy. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Shari who passed away in October of 2016. No services are planned. |
