| Published by Today's News Herald from Dec. 4 to Dec. 5, 2021 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Joanne Rebecca Tweedell, 87 years of age, passed away November 30, 2021, at Lake Havasu Hospital with family by her side. At her request, no services will be held. Joanne was born on January 27th, 1934, in Concord, New Hampshire to the late Gertrude and Robert Saltmarsh. She moved to Arizona in 1987 and settled in Lake Havasu City in 1989. Joanne's interests were many. She enjoyed dancing and even won a few dance contests under the London Bridge. She was a foodie and enjoyed experiencing new types of food and flavors. Her favorite was traditional baked Mac and Cheese topped with Ritz crackers. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and watching movies on her iPad for hours. Joanne never knew a stranger and saw the good in everyone. She was loved by all that met her. Joanne is survived by her husband, Bill Tweedell; son, Kevin Steed Sr. and wife, Tina; daughter, Becky Steed and partner, Grace; brother, Rick Saltmarsh; brother, Steve Saltmarsh and wife, Mary; and 10 grandchildren. Joanne is preceded in death by her parents; Gertrude and Robert; siblings, Robert Saltmarsh Jr, Paul Saltmarsh and Eddie Saltmarsh; and daughter, Tracy Goings.
