Dalton, age 89, passed at her home in Salome on October 13, 2021. She was born August 3, 1932 in Dustin, Oklahoma to Tom & Besse Nichols. She married James W. Dalton on October 23, 1954. They moved to Salome in 1970 where James began farming. James passed away June 18, 2010. They were married 55 years. Pauline worked at the school for years and enjoyed working with the students. She was also preceded in death by daughter Kimberly Hancock and grandson Jeffery Hancock and grandchildren. A Celebration of Pauline's life will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the Salome Elementary School. |
