Marilyn L. Townsend Born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts on Sept. 29, 1941. Departed on Feb. 21, 2008 and resided in Clarkdale, Arizona. Marilyn L. Townsend, resident of Clarkdale passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at the age of 66. She was born September 29, 1941 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts to Ralph and Alice S. (Reeves) Townsend. Marilyn attended elementary school, middle school and graduated high school from the Leominster Schools. Following high school, she furthered her education as a Key Punch/Comptometer. Marilyn also served her country in the United States Air Force as A/2c. She then worked for and took her professional retirement from the home care industry. Marilyn is preceded in death by her sister, Judy Louglin. She leaves behind her brothers, Ralph W. Townsend, wife, Joeann , Md., and Richard L. Townsend, wife, Betty, Tenn.; her brother-in-law, Robert H. Loughlin, wife, Norma, Mass.; and Sandra Finsterwalder and Peggy Taunton both of Ariz. No local services are planned.
