Deborah A. Clark, age 65, of Yuma, Arizona entered her heavenly home on 
December 15, 2021.

Deborah was a loving mother of Tina Grant, Joshua (Emily) Waldoch, and 
Caleb (Amy) Waldoch and a caring grandmother. She was a cherished sister 
to George (Lori) Clark, William (Carol) Clark, and Barbara Gomez. 

Deborah also survived by her partner Forrest May, nieces, nephews, other 
relatives and friends.

She was born on May 5, 1956 in Philadelphia, PA to Charles and Alva 
Clark. Deborah spent many years as a dedicated nurse in Milwaukee, WI 
and Yuma, AZ.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Countryside 
Christian Church in Brookfield, WI from 11AM - 12PM with a service to 
follow.
