Published by The Arizona Republic on Dec. 30, 2021 - Phoenix, Arizona - Phoenix – Michael "Bear" Flores, 56, of Phoenix Arizona gained his Angel's wings on Sunday, December 19th, 2021 as he lost his battle to Covid. Michael is preceded in death by his Mom, Sally M. Flores who lost her life 4 days prior on December 15th, 2021. He is survived by his Dad, Pete V. Flores of Phoenix, Arizona; two children Justin Flores and Starlight Paulino-Flores; three siblings Peter D. Flores, Angel C. Flores, and April Flores. Michael will be greatly missed by his many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Michael will share his services with his mother on Thursday, January 6, 2022: Visitation at 4:00pm, Rosary at 5:15pm at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale, Arizona; Friday, January 7, 2022, Mass will commence at 10:00am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Phoenix, Arizona, with a procession immediately following the mass to Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona for the burial.
