With great sadness, we announce the loss of our beloved father, 
grandfather, and loving husband Richard "Dick" E. Shaffer. He passed 
away on Sunday, Nov. 28, 2021. Dick was a proud man, who was always 
willing to help people in need. He believed in a good deal, second 
chances, family and in a hard day's work. Dick always had a story to 
tell and advice to give. He was a generous man with a big heart! He 
enjoyed spending time with his wife, kids, grandchildren, and great 
grandchildren, as well as playing poker, going to the casinos, watching 
classic western movies and pie. Dick will be greatly missed and loved 
forever!

A public memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 
at the Grace Bible Chapel, 25605 S. Ghost Town Rd. Congress, AZ 85323 
followed by a potluck reception.
