Judith Ann Dimit, age 78, a 42-year resident of Fort Mohave, Arizona,
passed away at Kingman Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, December 21,
2021. She was born on September 20, 1943 in Parsons, Kansas to Orville
and Ruby (Devine) Cherry.
She was a 1961 graduate of Pomona High School in Pomona, California. She
married Richard Dimit on December 1, 1961 in Pomona. Judy was Executive
Director of the Bullhead City Chamber of Commerce from 1979 to 1983. She
had retired from Bank of America (Valley Bank of Nevada) after 15 years.
She then spent her remaining years working part-time for Tierra Grande
Development.
Judy is survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard; son, Randy;
sister, Peggy (Cherry) Maddox; brother, Charles Cherry; two stepsisters;
one stepbrother; and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-
grandchildren.
Family, friends and others whose lives Judy touched are invited to a
Celebration of Life that will be held in April at a yet to be determined
