Randy was born in Yuma, Arizona to Robert and Caroline on June 29, 1966. He grew up in a loving family with two sisters and one brother. He was a talented musician. He played the trombone in high school and the guitar as an adult. He enjoyed fast cars and motorcycles and often fixed up broken cars to help those around him. His wit and humor brought laughter to those around him, while his exceptional ability as a mechanic kept him busy both professionally and personally. Randy loved his family, and he loved being a grandfather. He will be missed. Randy is preceded in death by his parents Robert E. and Caroline Tuggle, and brother Robert C. Tuggle. He leaves behind his children, Matthew Taylor, Joseph Taylor, Caitlyn Tuggle, and Stephen Tuggle; his grandchildren Alice Taylor and Harper Tuggle; the mother of his children Theresa Tuggle; his sisters Lynette Ray and Shauna Catania, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
