KUHNE, John Joseph

Published by Today's News Herald from Jan. 22 to Jan. 23, 2022 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - John Joseph Kuhne, 89, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona passed away in his home on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. John was born in New York City on August 13, 1932; son of Henry and Jane Kuhne. He spent time in the U.S. Air Force and later owned his own bar in Costa Mesa, CA and another in Lake Havasu City, AZ. John loved boating and animals, especially dogs. John is survived by 5 nieces; 1 nephew; 20 grandnieces and grandnephews; 9 great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews; and his longtime friend Bonnie. He is preceded in death by his mother, Jane Kuhne; his sister, Jane Pappalardo; and his niece, Andrea. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, ASPCA, or the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Arrangements were placed in the care of Desert Lawn – Lake Havasu City.
