Peggy Ann Hachtel, a longtime resident of Wickenburg, has slept her final sleep on Jan. 5, 2022, leaving behind her beloved family.

Mom: Joy Hachtel. Joy was Peggy's mom and close friend whom she looked up to in so many ways when she needed a mother's/friend's touch.

Son: Joel A Hachtel (Brandon, Nikki, Katie) Son: Noel Hachtel (Trish, Troy, James, Madison) Daughter: Debra Hachtel Gan (Justin, Colton, Remington)

Longtime sister and best friend: Marcy Saltzburg (Bob, April, Shelly, Robert).

"Marcy has promised to put a boot to the rears of Peggy's children when she feels they need it, which in her opinion is pretty often"

Most will remember Peggy from working as a manager tirelessly at the original Pizza Hut and has often taken the mistake pizzas to the police dept. from the early 80's until the doors closed.

Peggy will dearly, dearly be missed by family and friends that knew she has worked her fingers to the bone to supply for her children. Through struggles from time to time she never gave up on trying to be a better woman, mother and a person than she was the day before, as the laughter and smiles from family and friends drove her to be that person.... "A loveable caring woman". Mom!!! We love and miss you! Thank you for your guidance and your touch in our hearts over the years, and we want to say thank you for being you! God Bless You Mom, we all love you!

Being raised by a hard-working single woman we would like to say: "In Lieu of flowers, our family would like you to take a moment to appreciate your mother and give her those flowers instead. Tell her you love her every day and embrace her often. Enjoy your time together while you still have it to share, moms hold us all together."
