| Published by Yuma Sun on Feb. 6, 2022 - Yuma, Arizona - Keith Bailey Salvato was born in Austin, Texas on September 28, 1958 to Vence and Mary Beth Salvato. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 1, 2022 in Guadalajara, Mexico at the age of 63. Keith was raised in Parker, Arizona where he participated in FFA raising animals for auction. Growing up, he played the trombone with the Parker High School Band. He loved playing some of his favorite songs by "Chicago". He attended the University of Arizona in Tucson where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. After college, he worked with his father at Salvato Farms in Parker, Arizona growing mainly Cotton but also other crops. His entrepreneurial spirit and aspirations took him to many locations such as Phoenix, Thailand, Venezuela, Yuma, India, Iceland, and Mexico. Keith is survived by his wife of 27 years Kimberlyn Salvato, sons, Vence B Salvato (Jeni), Bryan A Salvato, step-daughters, Kristen Karlsen, Katy Boney (Jason) along with his mother, Mary Beth Salvato Caston and sister, Katrina Ann Salvato Regan (Phil), step-brother, Troy Caston (Kathy), step-sisters, Donna Farmer (Dale) and Jeanine Caston and aunts, Lita Dorsett and Providence Lombardo. Keith, known as Papi, was blessed with six grandchildren: Aubrey, Ainsley and Vence H Salvato, Kylee Alexander, Kingston Kreuziger, Hannah Boney along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and his dog Tito. Keith was preceded in death by his father, Vence Salvato and step- father, Art Caston. Keith's personality was infectious. He had a quick wit for pranks and jokes. He lived life to the fullest every day and loved his family and friends. He had many "brothers from another Mother" such as Steve Wood, David Studer, Steve Carl, Ron Lomolino, Rodney Clause, Gary Fox and Joe Sampley. Keith became an avid bird watcher. His true Texan spirit showed through his staunch support of the Dallas Cowboys! Family and Friends will be notified when a Memorial is scheduled.
