Helton, born April 25, 1941 in Limon, Colorado, a 38-year resident of Bullhead City, Arizona, joined her loving husband, Marv; sons, Anthony "Tony" Helton and Steve Helton; father, Joseph Santiago (Sandy) Rendon; and sister, Helen, on Saturday, February 5, 2022. She loved life, her family, and God. Fran was a Beta Eta Master of Beta Sigma Phi for 54 years, one in which she received the highest degree. She was a Leader in Stephen's Ministries, providing one-to-one care to people who are experiencing life's difficulties. Fran was kind and generous, quietly serving others. She had the best sense of humor and loved her fellow man and country. Marv and Fran were married for 39 wonderful years. Her legacy is in her family by guiding her children and grandchildren to live in love and harmony while creating a successful path, and above all things to give all admiration to the Lord. She is survived by her daughters, Dixie Keep and Shari Kelley; sons-in- law, Rock Keep and Dale Kelley; granddaughters, Nikki Keep, Randi Corn and Jacqueline Grasse; great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Joel, Kelsey, Rayleigh, Logan, Camden; and her sweet pup, Gracie. Services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Hope United Methodist Church, 1325 Ramar Rd., Bullhead City, AZ.
