| Published by Today's News Herald on Mar. 9, 2022 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona >> Juan "Benny" Benavidez << "Benny the Muscle Man with the Laugh" had a smile that just made everyone happy. Though he was 83 he was always 18 at heart and soul. He didn't like to sleep because there were too many things in God's world to see, go or do. He gave and did his all. Most of us will remember Benny for his endless energy, and his love of life. It was rare to not see him smiling or laughing with his infectious laugh. He would bring his video camera out and filmed all the different events, which became known as "Bennyvision". He liked everyone and just loved to laugh. He was always there to help anyone who needed a hand. He loved life and enjoyed it to the max. He was born in San Diego, fifth of 11 children. At a young age, he married the love of his life, Linda Mize, and enjoyed a very successful 63 years of marriage. They had three children, Carol, Juan, and Anthony. Services to be held at Lietz- Fraze Funeral Home Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 11 a.m Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
