| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Wednesday, November 7, 1984, p. D9 Ralph A. Cash, 80, a founder and partner in the Phoenix insurance firm of Cash, Sullivan & Cross, died Nov. 3, 1984, at his residence in Phoenix. Mr. Cash, a native of St. Louis, helped establish the business in 1944. He was president of the Arizona Club and a life member of the Boys' Club and American Bridge League. He was a member of the Kiva Club, Valley Field Riding & Polo Club and Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Survivors include his wife, Helen B.; sons, Terence A. and Jeffrey, and six grandchildren. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at A. L. Moore & Sons, 333 W. Adams. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
