| Published by Today's News Herald on Mar. 25, 2022 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Hugh passed away peacefully in Lake Havasu City. He and his wife Pat raised their family in Modesto, California before moving to Havasu 20 years ago. Hugh was born in Blackfoot, Idaho but later moved to Turlock and graduated from Turlock High School class of '56. Hugh worked for Safeway for 32 years and retired at age 52. He and his wife Pat enjoyed RVing, Jeeping, off road dirt biking, and street motorcycling. Hugh belonged to Turlock Sportsman Club, Bishop Gun Club and Havasu Gun Club. He leaves behind his wife Pat, of 64 years, his grandson and caregiver Kaleb Price, his children Debbie Inskeep, Doreen Sumner, DeeAnn Podesta and son Dana Inskeep, nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and his sister Gaynol Witzel. He was preceded in death by his parents Dale Inskeep and Merle Martin. Arrangements were placed in the care of Desert Lawn Crematorium. A family memorial service will be at a later date. |
