Jack Ratzlaff was born on April 8, 1946. He passed March 10, 2022, at home 
with his family.

Jack is preceded in death by one son. Jack leaves behind his wife Jill and 
his daughter Regina as well as sons Rick, Mitch and Marc.

Memorial Services will be held on April 8, 2022, at 2 p.m. at Bradbury 
Memorial Center 3317 Highway 95 N. Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404.
