When a great man dies, for years the light he leaves behind him, lies on
the paths of men.- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

United States Border Patrol Special Operations Supervisor Vincent Vinny
J. Dulesky, 47, passed away on April 1, 2022. He is survived by his wife
Barbie, and their children, Chloe, 25, Jaden, 19, Delilah, 11 and Gigi,
10.

Vinny was the supervisor for the Strategic Communications Department at
Yuma Sector Headquarters where he headed the organization's public
affairs efforts. After his service in the U.S. Marine Corps, he
graduated from the U.S. Border Patrol Academy Class 706 and spent the
early part of his career as an agent in Ajo, Arizona and as a supervisor
in Blythe, California. Vinny was known throughout the Border Patrol for
his infectious laugh, perpetual smile, and a willingness to help in time
of need.

Vincent J. Dulesky was born June 15, 1974, in St. Louis, Missouri where
he became an accomplished Gold Gloves boxer and earned a college
wrestling scholarship. He completed his education at Arizona Western
College and the University of Phoenix. As respected as he was in his
professional life, nothing was more important to Vinny than his wife and
family. He cherished his time at home, from supporting his children's
activities to watching his beloved Kansas City Chiefs with daughter
Gigi. Vinny also enjoyed working on home renovation projects, cooking,
growing his own farm-to-table crops and taking care of his pet chickens.
