Carol Marie Moore was born Aug. 21, 1938 in Hammond, Indiana. In 1972,
she married the love of her life, Richard Sparks. Carol and Richard
would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June. A loving
wife and mother to five children, Richard and Carol enjoyed a full life
together.

While living in California, they owned a vacation home on the Colorado
River near Parker Arizona where they spent many of their weekends and
holidays with the kids. After moving to Lake Havasu City full time when
Richard retired, Carol took up bowling and golf and became the president
of the Niner's Golf Group. She loved all types of travel -- camping,
driving and hotels, trains, and planes. Her favorite vacation would be
aboard a cruise ship or on the beaches of Hawaii. Her travels took her
across all North America, much of South America, West Indies and Central
America, most of Europe, Tahiti, Fiji, New Zealand, and Australia. After
starting travels in Asia to Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar and
completing 22 cruises Carol became ill from Alzheimer dementia. She
moved into Lake View Terrace Memory Care Residence where she resided
with wonderful care until her death.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents Ovid and Ethel Moore, her
brother Vernon Moore, Sister Margene Radford, and her daughter Deborah
Coleman.

Carol is survived by her loving husband Richard, her children David
Sparks, Joan Pfannenstiel, Mark Sparks and Cherith Morgan, her nephew
Richard Radford and her 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
