Fay (Richard) Verellen

Fay "Richard" Verellen, age 78, a resident of Fort Mohave, Ariz., passed
away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas,
Nev. He was born on August 6, 1943 in Howell, Mich., the son of Frank,
Sr. and Dorothy (Konkle) Verellen.

Richard graduated from Brighton High School in 1962, followed by serving
in the Air Force and later moved to California. Richard was a Press Room
Supervisor at ColorGraphics in Los Angeles, where he retired from and
moved to Fort Mohave.

Richard was witty, charming, a class act and always the life of the
party. He loved spending time with his family and his friends. He
enjoyed fishing, boating, traveling, gardening, wood working, coin
collecting, cooking and most of all wine tasting/drinking.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Douglas Verellen
and Allen Verellen; and his sister, Genell Kirchner.

Richard is survived by his two daughters, Tavola (Jorge) Rojas of
Mission Viejo, Calif. and Angela (Dan) Brennan of Antioch, Calif; and
three grandchildren, Jake, Dean and Amanada.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at 4 pm on Saturday, April
30, 2022 at the El Rio Golf Club located at 1 Paseo El Rio, Mohave
Valley, AZ 86440. A ceremony will be followed by dinner.
