Services for Elsie Mae Griggs, 61, who died Tuesday in a Phoenix hospital, will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710 W. Bethany Home. Burial will be in East Resthaven Cemetery.

Mrs. Griggs of 1726 E. Hilton came to Phoenix in 1917 from her native, Metz, Mo. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include her husband, Ocie; a daughter, Mrs. Laura Neill; two brothers, Ival and Estel Cox, all of Phoenix; three grandchildren and a great grandchild.
