Published by Mohave Daily News Online on May 8, 2022 - Bullhead City, Arizona - Robert Vincent Jacobo Jr; age 56, a 26 year resident of Mohave Valley, Arizona, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. He was born on October 17, 1965. He was a member of the Mohave Valley Little League. He admired coaching young men as they grew through baseball, a sport that he loved and cherished from his childhood to his final moments. He coached multiple Championship and All-Star teams and always insisted that "FUN" is the main reason to play the game. He was in the U.S. Army as a Tank Engineer. Robert's passion was fishing, hiking, camping, walking his dogs, playing baseball, basketball, softball, and shooting. He was a die-hard fan of the L.A. Lakers, L.A. Dodgers and Pittsburgh Steelers. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Jacobo; four sons, Robert, Joshua, Nicholas, and Andrew Jacobo; and mother-in-law, Drusilla Burns. Church Services will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at The Fort Mojave Tribal Gymnasium, 500 Merriman Avenue, Needles, California. Traditional Tribal Services will follow from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at the Fort Mojave Mourning Hall, 700 Harrison Street, Needles, California. Arrangements were handled by Desert Lawn Funeral Home, Mohave Valley, Arizona.
