Published by The Miner on May 28, 2022 - Kingman, Arizona - Terry R. Thode, passed away May 18, 2022, in Kingman, Arizona. Terry was born Sept. 6, 1965, in Martinez, CA. to Alfred and Bernice Thode. Terry moved back and forth from places, but Kingman is and always will be his home. Terry was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many. Terry was a good provider for his family and loved everyone so deeply. For Terry’s past time he enjoyed hanging out with his family, shooting guns, helping others, working outdoors, and making things with his hands. Terry is preceded in death by his father Alfred Thode. He is survived by his wife of 27 years Laura (Riley) Thode; his mother, Bernice Vandiver; his son Tylor Purcell; his three daughters Megan, Samantha, and Heather Thode; two sisters, Kathy Maynard, and Donna Standerfer; grandson Travelyan Longmire and several nieces, and nephews, as well as many friends and family who loved him. A Celebration of Life will take place on June 4, 2022, at 12:00 pm at Laura and Terry’s home. Arrangements were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
