Jane Elizabeth (Wark) Trueblood
September 5, 1938 ~ January 27th, 2022

Jane Elizabeth Wark Trueblood passed away on January 27th, 2022, in her home at Inspira Arrowhead Retirement community with her immediate family at her side.

Jane was most selfless to her family as well as her friends. She was a member of Chapter CF of the PEO and enjoyed participating in all activities in which her children were involved.

Jane is survived by her husband of fifty-six years, Dr. Craig Trueblood, and her two daughters, Jennifer (Mark Bussinger) and Melissa (Michael Watkins) as well as her grandson, True Watkins. She is also survived by her sister, Julia A Waterman (Tom Waterman) and her brother, Jerry W. Wark, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Jane was born on September 5, 1938, in Barre, Vermont, to Dr. and Mrs. Joseph A. Wark (Merle Ladd Wark) who preceded her in passing. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Dr. Jason A. Wark and Dr. Joseph F. Wark.

Jane graduated from the University of Vermont with a master's degree in Botany and worked as a lab technician at the University of Vermont Hospital until her marriage. After that, she was a homemaker until her children left home and then she became a receptionist in her husband's dental practice, retiring in 2015.

Jane will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched. She enjoyed travel, exercising, and tending to her pets.

A Celebration of Life for Jane will be held at the Inspira Arrowhead Retirement Residence at 20240 N. 78th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85308 on February 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of floral tributes, the family requests that remembrances be made to the Arizona Humane Society.
