MOORE, Richard Allen

Published by Mohave Daily News Online from Jul. 17 to Jul. 18, 2022 - Bullhead City, Arizona - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard Allen Moore at the age of 73. Richard passed peacefully in his sleep in the presence of family at his home on Monday, June 27, 2022. He was born on February 18, 1949 in Monrovia, California. He was a Vietnam Naval Submarine Veteran, a Medical Professional and served as Chaplain for the American Legion. He regularly volunteered at the Unity Church in Bullhead City, visited other veterans at local hospitals and participated on motorcycle runs in support of his favorite charities. Richard enjoyed astronomy, guns, music and was an avid Trekkie. He is survived by his wife, Linda; two daughters; a son; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Richard's family invites you to a Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at The American Legion, 2249 Clearwater Drive, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442.
