| Published by Today's News Herald on Aug. 28, 2022 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Kathryn Olds Steiner, affectionately known to her family and friends as "Kitty" was called home to be with Jesus on June 29, 2022 at age 39. Surrounded by her family at Havasu Regional Medical Center, Kitty had complications after a fall earlier that day that resulted in her passing. Kitty was born on Nov. 24, 1982, at March Air Force Base in California to Kevin and Becky Olds. She grew up in Southern California with her parents and sisters, (Jen & Stacey) and graduated from Palm Springs High School in 2000 and moved to Lake Havasu City in 2001 where she has resided ever since. Kitty was known to all for her big heart. In the family, she never missed an opportunity to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and any kind of special event and was always the one who made it a big deal. Her daughter and two sons as well as cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family always knew that Kitty would make them feel special. She liked big purses, big sunglasses, and sported a style that was all her own, including her hair in her favorite color "red"!! She loved to do colorful makeup and was often recruited to be the "makeup person" for any event. She would light up the room with her beautiful smile and her witty personality. Her love for her family and friends was her life and as she would say "to the moon and back". Kitty is preceded in death by her dad, Kevin Olds who passed away in 2017. She is survived by her mom, Becky Olds, daughter, Callie Jones, Sons, Kevin Jones and Sean Steiner, sisters, Jenifer Olds, and Stacey Edison, brother-in-law, Mike Edison, niece Kaylee Edison, nephews, Cameron Edison and Gunnar Edison, grandfather, Walt West, all of Lake Havasu City. Services were entrusted to the care of Leitz – Fraze Funeral Home.
