He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Lucille Bissell of Cottonwood, Ariz.; sons, Donald Yeley, wife, Donna, Robert Yeley, wife Judy, all of Wichita, Ks., and Jack Yeley, wife, Judy, Good Year, Az. A Memorial Service will be held at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E.
