Nathan (Nate) Lehman

Bullhead City, Arizona -

Nathan "Nate" Lehman, age 87, a resident of "Bullheaded" City, AZ,
transitioned to the Great Beyond, due to Congestive Heart Failure,
on Sunday, August 21, 2022 surrounded by his family.

Nate was born April 19, 1935 in Marion, Pennsylvania to Esther and Menno
Lehman. He grew up in Maugansville, Maryland attending the local schools
and working in his parents' grocery and dry goods store.

Nate attended Eastern Mennonite College where he reunited with his grade
school sweetheart, Anna Katherine "Kathy" Baer. They married October 14,
1956 and moved to Florida where Nate worked as part of the Alternative
Service Program as a Conscientious Objector during the war.

Nate authored the book The Magic of Listening and was a popular public
speaker leading seminars on communication skills for 45 years. He was an
avid Toastmaster, competing at the national level in several speech
contests with Toastmasters International. A longtime student of Unity
and A Course In Miracles, Nate is considered to be a wise spiritual
teacher among his peers.

Nate is preceded in death by his two sons, Roderick Jay "Rick" Lehman
and Jeffrey Dean "Jeff" Lehman.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy; his daughter, Natalie Lehman;
siblings, Geraldine Lehman, Janice Martin and Don Lehman; his two
grandchildren, Jessica Lehman Calvert and Justin Lehman.

A Celebration of Nate's life will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, September
25, 2022 at the Unity Spiritual Center, 967 Hancock Rd., Ste 93.
Memorial donations may be made to Unity Spiritual Center at the above
address.
