Dena was born to her parents Wallace Dugan Sr. and Victoria B. Escalanti. Dena graduated from San Pasqual High school. She enjoyed knitting, reading, going on long walks, drawing, dancing and listening to a wide variety of music. She also enjoyed going to the casino. She is survived by her daughter, Yvonne S. Dugan, Great Aunts, Perdius and Tessy Escalante, Uncle Barnabus Farnum Escalanti, brothers Wallace Dugan Jr.(Eileen) and sisters Cheryle Dugan, Bridgette Miller (Wilfred), and Mary L. Dugan (Antonio Jr.), nephews Alex Gates and Sean Johnson, nieces Angelene Dugan, Fayeanne Dugan, Janice Pablo, Shea Johnson, Ila Hopper (Warrior) and Ina Hall (Walter) and many more nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives. She is preceded in death by Grandparents, Thomas Dugan and Janice Burnham, Peterson Madero Escalanti and Virginia Russell, Parents Wallace Dugan Sr., and Victoria B. Escalanti , family Peter, Stanislaus, and Gordon Escalanti, Pamela Escalanti, Linda Rivera, Dominic Rivera, Kathleen Smith, Bertina Brown, Mark Coyote, Anthony L. Escalanti, Kirby Dugan Sr., Kirby Dugan Jr., Burton J. Dugan, Austin Dugan, and JShon Dugan. Pallbearers: Nick Rivera, Sean Johnson, Alex Gates, Bosephus Brown, Damian Dugan, Richard N. Illingsworth, Dakota Aragon, and Gibson Aragon. Honarary Pallbearers: Wallace Dugan Jr., Barnabus F.
