Services for Jack Delmont Lake, 47, a clerk who came here three years 
ago from San Gabriel, Calif., wil be at 1 p.m. today in Mercer Mortuary, 
1541 E. Thomas.

Mr. Lake, 2544 W. San Miguel, died Saturday in St. Joseph's Hospital. He 
was born in La Porte, Ind.

Survivors include three daughters, Jacqueline, Kathleen and Debbie, all 
out of state; a stepson, Harold Ness in the Air Force at Ft. Sill, 
Okla.; his mother, Mrs. Edith Lake of Phoenix; and his father, Dee Lake 
of Tucson; a sister and a brother out of state; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call until services at the mortuary. Burial will be in 
Greenwood Cemetery.
