Published by Today's News Herald from Sep. 25 to Sep. 26, 2022 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona >> RICHARD VINZENZ OBITUARY << Born May 25, 1937 in Atkinson, Nebraska at the family farm. At age 5, his family moved to Boulder, Colorado where he started school and graduated from Boulder High. On Jan. 16, 1959, Dick and Mary Lou were married in Nederland, Colorado. He worked many years as a truck driver and building houses in Colorado before retiring. He is survived by his wife Mary Lou, son Dale Vinzenz (Kathy), six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He never forgot his rodeo adventures as a kid and his adult hobby was old cars. Dick has lived in Lake Havasu for 25 years, the past 10 months at Prestige Memory Care. His ashes will be scattered at a later date in the same location as his daughter Nancy's. His request for no services is being honored.
