Bonnie Andersen-DePew passed away at the age of 74 in an Indiana
hospital. She grew up in Moonachie, New Jersey. Then she moved to
California to be with Jess. From there, she moved to Arizona with Bill.
She and her dogs later moved to Indiana and she married Ricky.
She attended Wood Ridge HS and was an excellent baton twirler. She
learned to play the accordion. Once she graduated, she went to Beauty
Culture School to get a license to be a hairdresser in New Jersey.
While living in California she was driving RVs across states for
delivery, she also drove a catering truck. She went to college to study
metallurgy, and then became a manager of Quality Production Control. She
was always a high achiever in anything she would do. Later on she
started her own cleaning service company in California.
While in Arizona, she discovered her love for boating. She loved all her
pets which included dogs, birds, fish, and even a frog. She loved to
knit which was taught by our grandmother. Loved to read, dancing &
driving her RV.
She is survived by her husband Rick, sister June, many cousins and her
dogs.
She has preceded in death by her father Russell, mother Anne, brothers
Gary, Eric and baby Russell. And nieces Milissa and Jinelle.
She was a very loving and loyal woman. She was always there to give help
or support when needed. I will always have memories of the fun we had
and she will forever be in my heart.
