Pearl Lund Dies Of Hurts At L.A.

Pearl Lund is dead at Los Angeles as a result of injuries sustained 
there many weeks ago, according to word received here.

Mrs. Lund, according to the news from Los Angeles, was hurt in an 
assault while en route home from an entertainment, and for a long time 
was unable on account of her condition, to identify her alleged 
assailant. Two weeks before she died, however, Mrs. Lund underwent an 
operation as a result of which she regained the power to identify one of 
those suspected as the man who had beaten her and thrown her from an 
automobile in which they were riding.

Mrs. Lund was formerly of Prescott.
