| Arizona Daily Star (Tucson, Arizona) Friday, April 22, 1932, p. 6 Isaac Marion Capps Rites To Be Today Funeral services for Isaac Marion Capps will be held in Tucson at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Reilly chapel. Mr. Capps, who served in the World War, died at the U.S. Veterans hospital in Prescott Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Capps leaves his widow, Mrs. Pearl Capps, and three brothers and three sisters. A sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Whitewing of Clarkdale, will attend the funeral to be conducted under the auspices of the American Legion and the D.A.V. The Rev. Clarence B. Holland will officiate. Mr. Capps served in the World War as a line sergeant with the infantry of the 90th division. Previous to enterng the army he was in the tailoring business in Oklahoma. In 1918 he was wounded and gassed in the St. Mihiel sector of the Argonne, was sent to the hospital but never recovered from his wounds and the gassing. |
