Antonio (Tony) Lambiris

Antonio "Tony" Lambiris was born to Athas and Lucretia Lambiris on Feb.
22, 1933, in Manchester, New Hampshire. He attended grammar schools in
Manchester, Detroit, and Henderson, North Carolina, graduating from
Central High School in Manchester, New Hampshire in 1951.

Tony married the love of his life, Katherine "Katy" Kapranopoulos in
1956. They had two daughters, Susan Gayle and Toni-Lynne who each had
three children of their own. Tony and Katy enjoyed more than 60 years of
marriage. Tony always referred to Katy as his "young bride". Katy
preceded him to Heaven in 2017. He loved her dearly and they will be
reunited again.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and two
sisters, all of whom were older. Two brothers served in the Army and
Navy during WWII.

He is survived by his daughters, Susan, in Orange, California, and Toni,
of Lake Havasu City, four grandsons, two granddaughters, six great-
granddaughters, and many nieces and nephews. He was very proud and happy
of all of them.

Tony was a US Navy veteran with rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class and
retired Air Force in grade of Lt. Colonel.

He was a life member of the VFW, Elks, and Military Officers
Association. He was also a member of the American Legion, Air Force
Association, and NRA.

Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
