Tosha was a fun and caring person. Had a heart as big as the moon above. Tosha loved her family and had many friends. She was quick to smile and laugh. Simply a joy to be around. She was a talented artist. Tosha leaves behind her mother Bonnie, stepfather Mike, daughters Harlee and Rayann, grandchildren, Payson and Berkley. She will be missed by all. |
