| Published by Today's News Herald from Nov. 12 to Nov. 13, 2022 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Doris Ann (Veer) Ganyo, 88, passed peacefully into Heaven on Friday, Oct. 14, 2022, at her home. Doris was born on April 10, 1934, in Grafton, North Dakota, the daughter of Jacob and Mable (Kuehner) Veer. Doris married the love of her life, Harold Ganyo Nov. 6, 1955, in Grafton, North Dakota. They celebrated 58 years of marriage before Harold's death in 2013. Doris worked as a phone operator at the Grafton Telephone Company until she married and had her children. Doris was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed crafts, ceramics, sewing, and crossword puzzles. Doris loved her time raising her four children and time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her stepbrother Edward Kuehner; son, Gary Ganyo (Nancy), Lake Havasu; daughter, Barb Gustafson (William) of Billings, Montana; son, Charles Ganyo, Lake Havasu; daughter, Lynda Ganyo, Lake Havasu;, grandchildren; Joshua Ganyo (Kayla), Jessica Ganyo, Justin Ganyo, Ryan Gustafson(Lindsey), Lauren (Gustafson) Hasquet(Jordan), Jennifer Ganyo (Dustin), Benjamin Ganyo; great-grandchildren; Christiana, Nevaeh, Jacob, Theodor, Lincoln, Carter, Monroe, Christopher, Luka, sister-in-laws; Alice Johnson, Carol Dinkel, Sandy Ganyo, Linda Ganyo; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Mable Veer; her loving husband, Harold Ganyo; daughter, Susan Ganyo; brother, Vernon Veer ; daughter-in-law, Nancy Ganyo; sister, Helen Soli; brother-in- laws; Dale Soli, David Ganyo, David Dinkel; and sister-in-law, Patricia Veer.
