Rebecca (Becky) (Schnieder) Dubas

Rebecca (Becky) Dubas of Yuma, AZ passed away November 20, 2022 from
Alzheimer's Disease. Becky was born March 9, 1942 in Cortland, Nebraska
to parents Alvin and Emma Schnieder.

Becky graduated from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor
of Science in Education. She was a true Husker fan.

Becky moved to California where she taught English. She then moved to
Yuma, AZ to follow her passion and teach music at local elementary
schools.

Becky was very active. She enjoyed golfing, hiking, and traveling with
her sister and Chi Omega sorority sisters. She also loved spending time
with her family and friends, shopping, singing and playing the piano as
well as the organ for her church.

Becky is survived by her children, Chris (Noreen) Dubas of Stockton, CA
and Dana (Dave) Donnelly of Ahwatukee, AZ and her girls, grand
daughters: Ally, Kiki, and Julia Donnelly. She is also survived by her
sister, Sue (Bob) Dannert of Sedona, AZ and her nieces and nephew.

Funeral Services will be held December 12, 2022 at 11:00 am at Corpus
Christi Catholic Church: 3550 E. Knox Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85044 with a
reception immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory of Becky Dubas
to Alzheimer's Association: 340 E. Palm Lane #230 Phoenix, AZ 85004 or
at alz.org/dsw.
