| Wickenburg Funeral Home & Crematory, Wickenburg, AZ Martyn C. Cox August 4, 1950 - November 30, 2022 Martyn C. Cox, age 72, passed away peacefully November 30, 2022, at his home in Wickenburg, AZ after a long battle with cancer. Martyn was born and raised in England. Eventually, as an adult he moved to the United States and settled in Wickenburg to live the American Dream. He became a United States citizen and loved his homeland of England as much as he loved America. He worked several years for Napa Auto Parts, in Wickenburg as a Sales Associate until he finally retired. He will be sadly missed by his former co-workers, many friends, and patrons. Martyn had a love for animals. He was especially fond of German Shepherds and would often tell stories of the Shepherd he had back in England. Martyn could accomplish anything he set his mind to do. He enjoyed the art of restoration. Restoring vehicles was a passion. He would often frequent car shows. He also loved the freedom of motorcycle riding. After many long days he would enjoy the relaxation of his hot tub. He enjoyed the band Pink Floyd and will be remembered with the song "On the Turning Away". He is survived by his brother Graham "fondly remembering happy times playing together as kids. May you rest in peace" Also a message from his niece, Alice "In Loving Memory of a Valiant Fighter" |
