LORD, Matilda Ann, 93, of 332 E. President entered into rest August 
28th, 1971. Widow of the late Elza S. Lord. Former resident of 
Cleveland, Tenn., residing in Tucson since 1936. Mrs. Lord was a member 
of Cedar Springs Baptist Church in Cleveland, Tenn. 

Survived by five sons, Lynn H., of Salem, Ark., Lloyd R., of Cleveland, 
Tenn., Calvin C., Blaine J., and John J. Lord, of Tucson; two daughters, 
Mary E. Crews, of Brooks, Ga., and Beulah M. Lord, of Tucson; 22 
grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.

Services 1 p.m. Monday, August 30th Arizona Mortuary Chapel, University 
at N. Stone with the Rev. Donald Westhof, of National City Baptist 
Church officiating. Interment Tucson Memorial Park, South Lawn. Mrs. 
Lord's grandsons will act as pallbearers.
